Job Description

Job Description: A growing orthopedic and neurological healthcare group is expanding operations and opening new locations in Tennessee. We are currently looking for a motivated and adaptable Radiology Technician to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable working in a team-based setting. The position blends both clinical support and imaging responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Radiology Technician
  • LMRT or ARRT certification required for imaging responsibilities
  • Must be able to perform xrays on the chest, spine and extremities
  • Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment; C-Arm experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
  • Willingness to travel for training in Georgia

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients in a welcoming and professional manner and assist with rooming
  • Obtain and accurately document patient histories in the EMR system
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays and C-Arm fluoroscopy under provider direction
  • Administer medications as instructed by the provider
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
  • Assist with patient flow and provide support to clinical staff as needed
  • Update and manage patient records consistently and accurately
