Job Description: A growing orthopedic and neurological healthcare group is expanding operations and opening new locations in Tennessee. We are currently looking for a motivated and adaptable Radiology Technician to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable working in a team-based setting. The position blends both clinical support and imaging responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Radiology Technician
- LMRT or ARRT certification required for imaging responsibilities
- Must be able to perform xrays on the chest, spine and extremities
- Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment; C-Arm experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Willingness to travel for training in Georgia
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a welcoming and professional manner and assist with rooming
- Obtain and accurately document patient histories in the EMR system
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays and C-Arm fluoroscopy under provider direction
- Administer medications as instructed by the provider
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Assist with patient flow and provide support to clinical staff as needed
- Update and manage patient records consistently and accurately
