- Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Emergency Department – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Med/Surg House Float – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Cardiac Cath Lab – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM + Call
Compensation
Base Pay
- $33.55–$40.77/hour (Pre-Competency)
- $35.55–$42.77/hour (Post-Competency)
Additional Pay
- $3.25/hour Night Shift Differential
- $3.00/hour Weekend Differential
- $4.00/hour Holiday Differential
- $5.00/hour Float Differential (Med/Surg House Float – Post Competency)
- $2.50/hour Call Pay (Cardiac Cath Lab)
Bonuses
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for most specialty units (2+ years of experience required; two-year agreement)
- Med/Surg House Float: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (18-month agreement)
Qualifications
- Current RN license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in your specialty area
- BLS required (additional certifications may be required by specialty)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
Relocation Requirement
Candidates must currently reside outside of a 50-mile radius of Cookeville, TN to be eligible for this opportunity.
Emergency Department Perks
- TNCC and ENPC certification courses offered onsite
- Additional certification pay available upon completion
