Job Description

Express Healthcare Professionals is looking for a skilled LPN who is seeking a new per diem opportunity at a rehabilitation facility!

Detox experience is a huge plus and must be willing to commute to the Dickson, TN area.

Shift: 7pm - 7am

Hours: Per Diem- You pick when and where you work!

Pay: $35 - $38/Hr 

Responsibilities:

- Provide judgement-free direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans
