Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed.

Per Diem

REQUIRED ITEMS
- BLS/CPR Certificate (In-Person or hybrid Course)
- TB Test (taken within last 12 months)
- License/Certificate for LPN/LVN
- At least 6 months of experience
