Whether you prefer a traditional day shift or the flexibility of a 7 on / 7 off overnight schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), we'd love to speak with you!
Schedule Options
- Day Shift: schedule varies -12's
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 7 days on / 7 days off
Compensation
- $50.00–$72.50 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials
- $2.00/hour – Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- $4.00/hour – Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- $5.00/hour – Weekend Differential
- $5.00/hour – Holiday Differential
Sign-On Bonus
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Two-year employment agreement required.
What You'll Do
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy.
- Provide clinical pharmacy consultations and evidence-based recommendations.
- Monitor patient medication regimens for efficacy, adverse reactions, and drug interactions.
- Participate in medication management initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
- Counsel patients and healthcare staff on medication use when appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and hospital pharmacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
- Current Pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Relocation Requirement
Candidates must currently reside outside of a 50-mile radius of Cookeville, TN to be eligible for this opportunity.
