Caregiver: Function as part of a collaborative team that provides assistance to patients in Assisted
DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide nursing care support and function under the supervision of nursing staff.
Pass medications upon qualifying and verification of experience. Document Medication
Assist with activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Perform vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration, and record information in medical chart and/or electronic medical record.
Assist with dressing, repositioning, feeding, and toileting.
**Must be familiar with paper MAR**.
JOB FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable transportation.
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
8-hour shifts as needed (per diem).
Experience:
Caregiving: 6 months (Preferred)
